✅ Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The order was not delivered.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The food was damaged or spoiled.

  • Items were missing from your order.

📌 Refund Process

  • Complaints must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Provide order details and, if possible, photos as proof.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

❌ Non-Refundable Situations

  • Incorrect address provided by customer.

  • Delay due to uncontrollable circumstances (traffic, weather).

  • Change of mind after order preparation.

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept physical returns.
