Welcome to Ka34 Cafe and Restaurant. By placing an order through our online ordering platform, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

This platform is intended for customers to browse the menu, place food orders, and access restaurant services.

You agree not to misuse the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited activities.

1.3 Food Orders & Acceptance

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via SMS and/or app notification.

All orders are subject to item availability and restaurant operating hours.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, technical issues, or operational constraints.

1.4 Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in INR and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes, as mentioned.

Only advance online payment is accepted. Cash on Delivery is not available.

Payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateway partners.

An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment.

1.5 Food Quality & Allergens

We follow proper hygiene and food safety standards during preparation and packaging.

Customers are advised to check ingredients carefully and inform us of any food allergies before placing an order. The restaurant shall not be responsible for allergic reactions due to undisclosed allergies.

1.6 Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the total value of the order placed.
